​Inspired by the natural world in all it's forms I paint mainly in watercolour often using pearlescent acrylic ink to add a shimmering effect as the light catches my artwork. Allowing the colours to move and mix to create their own patterns never ceases to amaze. I so enjoy taking part in open studios with such a wide variety of visitors. Sharing ideas and techniques and sometimes managing to persuade someone to have a go themselves.
