What does it cost to be an exhibitor
The registration fee is £60 per exhibitor
If you are a member of Crowborough Arts already the registration fee is £40
If you are a group (please contact the organizer to confirm that you are eligible)
Group members pay £15/each, with a minimum fee £60 per group

How to Apply
1. Read the Terms and Conditions
Before you begin, please ensure you have read and understood all terms and conditions.
2. Prepare Your Photographs
You will need:

At least three clear digital photographs of your work.

Because we use a template, photos need to be nearly square. Please choose square images or crop them to a square before submitting. If images are not square, we will crop them as best we can, but we cannot fine-tune every photo. We strongly recommend checking that you are happy with your images before sending them.

One photograph of yourself
These images should represent your work overall—they do not need to be pieces you plan to exhibit.
If you would like more photographs included on your Artist Page, simply mention this on the application form.
Tip: Bright, high-quality photos reproduce best in our brochure/map and on the website.

3. Write a Short Artist’s Statement
Provide a brief introduction to you and your artistic practice, including your processes and inspirations.
This will appear on your Artist Page for visitors to learn more about your work.
4. Complete the Online Registration Form
Fill out the form with your details to create your listing.
5. Pay Your Registration Fee
Follow the payment instructions provided above to finalise your registration.
You will receive an email once we have everything we need.
