Making a glass tree ornament

An activity for all the family

Come along and enjoy decorating your very own glass tree ornament. Valerie from ‘Glassophony’ will have plenty of examples for you to follow, or you can design your own with various types of glass including beads, strings of glass and much more. There will be plenty of choices of colours.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

It is a great introduction to glass fusing and an opportunity to make a treasured gift for yourself, or someone special.

Valerie will teach you all you need to know about how to complete your decoration and supply all relevant tools and equipment.

Your creation will then be taken away to her kiln and returned to Tablehurst Farm the following weekend, or collected from Valerie at Black Shed Studios in Fairwarp where Sandy Infield is opening her garden as part of the National Garden Scheme.

Each workshop lasts 40 minutes

Sunday: 11:00am 12:00 and 1:45

Maximum number of participants: 6

Price: £15 Additional ornaments are available at £12. But must be completed within the time allowed.

P&P, if required, will be an additional £3.25
