Decorate a clay tile

Discover ceramic tile decoration in this relaxed, hands-on 40-minute tile decorating workshop.

Using stencil resist techniques inspired by Susie's own ceramic practice, you'll create a unique stoneware tile by choosing from a selection of pre-cut stencils or designing and cutting your own. You'll then decorate your tile with underglazes to produce bold imagery. 

Suitable for complete beginners the workshop is led by Susie, who has over 21 years' teaching experience. All materials are provided, and your finished tile will be professionally clear glazed and kiln fired before being carefully posted back to you, ready to use as a coaster or display as a decorative piece.

 Sessions are limited to a maximum of six participants to ensure plenty of individual guidance. Children under 12 are very welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring an apron or wear clothing you don't mind getting messy.

Price: £15 + £3.95 (Additional tiles are available at £12. But must be completed within the time allowed.)
